ARE THERE CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
Yes, every order comes with care instructions however if you threw them away thats okay! Here they are;
Hand wash/rinse in cold tap water after contact with chlorine, bromine, saltwater, and drip dry in the shade. We recommend turning your swimwear inside out when washing. DO NOT machine wash, tumble dry, soak, wring or bleach. DO NOT was with other clothing as some brighter colors may bleeds or transfer when wet. Avoid contact with rough surfaces as it may snag the fabric. To keep your swimwear in it's best shape, reuse our eco-friendly drawstring bag, made from 100% cotton.

We are located at 560 Upper James St in Hamilton, Ontario.
WHERE IS GEORGIE G SWIMWEAR MADE?
We are proudly made in Canada. We have a manufacturing office in the heart of Hamilton, ON where we currently produce every piece ordered!
ORDER INFORMATION
WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Yes, once an order has been placed please allow 7-14 business day to process, cut, sew and package your order. Once the courier service has picked up your package you will receive a shipping notifications.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Since all of our items are handmade to order in the choice of style, colour, size, and coverage, please allow up to 6-13 business days for your item to be processed, cut, sewn and packaged for delivery.
Please note that processing time can be shorter/longer during busier seasons.
This processing time also does not included shipping time. Shipping time will be determine by the shipping option selected at checkout. Please note GEORGIE G SWIM & CO is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays by courier.
IS ALL THE SWIMWEAR HANDMADE?
Yes, all of our styles are designed in the heart of Hamilton. Once you have placed an order we cut, sew, quality control, and package your order.

SHIPPING/ PICKUP
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
We currently ship all domestic parcels via Canada Post. All prices are in CAD.
After your order is processed, your pieces will be cut, sew, and packaged within 6-13business days.Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be delivered depending on the shipping option you have selected. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your item has shipped. GEORGIE G SWIM is not accountable for shipping times.
Special rush orders can be done, head to accessories collection on our website, and select rush order! Please email hello@georgiegswim.com directly if there are special instructions.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Due to the nature of our swimwear being made to order and handcrafted in style, colour, and coverage, all sales are final. We currently accept exchanges on anything full-priced or not custom [pre-made] within 7 days after delivery.
GEORGIE G SWIM & CO holds the rights to deny refunds and returns on any orders, with the exception of defective products.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM ELIGABLE FOR A EXCHANGE?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not exchange bottoms that have been worn. If you choose to exchange an item the cost of the return and resend will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We will only accept exchanges and store credits at the discretion of GEORGIE G SWIM & CO within 7 days of delivery.
To determine if you are eligible for an exchange or store credit please read requirements.
+ Tags must be on the original purchase.
+ The item/s must be unused and unworn.
+ Exchange or store credit must be issued within 7 days after delivery.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently ship all international parcels via Canada Post. After your order is processed, your pieces will be cut, sew, and packaged within 6-13 business days.Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be delivered depending on the shipping option you have selected. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your item has shipped. GEORGIE G SWIM is not accountable for shipping times.
For international shipping please note: All customs fees, foreign taxes or other fees associated with your courier or purchase are at the sole responsibility of the customer.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes you can pick up your order from our location in Hamilton, ON.
However, please allow 6-13 business days for your order to be processed, cut, sewn, and packaged. Once we have full-filled your order we will contact you with pick up details.
